Connecting Your Google Business Profile

When you first sign up for FullReviews, you'll be asked to connect your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business). This is done securely using Google's official API, ensuring your account is safe and protected.

Once connected, FullReviews will display all the locations your Google account has access to. You can then choose one location to get started.

If later you want to add more locations, you can return to the "Add Location" section and repeat the process. You'll again be shown all available locations under the connected account.

If you cannot find a specific location, it's often because your Google account doesn't have admin access to it. In that case, you can connect an additional Google account with access to that location.

You can manage multiple locations within the same FullReviews account. Each location can have its own settings, tone, and rules—even if they belong to different businesses. While multi-location dashboard control is not available yet, you can import settings from an existing location when adding a new one.

Each location is billed separately. The cost is $9.90/month per location (based on yearly billing). Billing is prorated—so when you add a new location, you're only charged for the days remaining in your current billing cycle. All locations are then billed together on your renewal date, in a single invoice.
