Managing your subscription and billing

Here's everything you need to know about how billing works with FullReviews:

• Each location costs $9.90/month if you choose yearly billing, or $14/month if you choose monthly billing.

• Taxes are not included in the price.

• There are no limits to any of our plans: whether you receive 10 reviews or 10,000, the price stays the same.

• You benefit from a 14-day free trial.

• At the end of this period, unless you cancel, you will automatically be charged.

• We offer refunds within 14 days after your latest charge.

• We only refund the most recent payment.

You can manage your subscription and billing details directly from your dashboard here.

When you add a new location to your account, you will be charged immediately for that location on a prorated basis (only for the remaining days of your current billing cycle).

The new location will automatically adopt the same billing cycle (monthly or yearly) as your initial subscription.

All your locations will be billed together, on the same renewal date, and you'll receive a single invoice for all of them.

To delete a location, go to your dashboard here. Please note: you must have at least one location on your account. You cannot delete your last remaining location. If you wish to end your subscription entirely, head to the Subscription Management section in your settings.
